Work in a real service environment

The Electrified Garage is a working repair business, not a showroom or a classroom simulation. Vehicles arrive with incomplete histories, intermittent symptoms, scheduling constraints, and owners who need a clear explanation. Strong candidates are comfortable combining technical process with accurate notes and direct communication.

Role families

Future needs may involve technicians, diagnostic specialists, service advisors, parts and operations support, fleet coordination, or training-related work. Technical expectations

Relevant automotive experience matters. EV experience, manufacturer training, ASE credentials, high-voltage safety knowledge, electrical diagnosis, and familiarity with Tesla or Rivian systems can strengthen an application. The ability to recognize when information or authorization is missing is as important as confidence with a tool.
