SYSTEM / S–00 TESLA + RIVIAN / SERVICE DOSSIER

S–00Service architecture

Five systems.
One repair standard.

Maintenance, high-voltage and drive-unit work, customization, inspections, and commercial service for Tesla and Rivian vehicles, organized around an appointment-based diagnose-first workflow.

Independent service for the work outside a factory menu

The Electrified Garage specializes in Tesla and Rivian vehicles. The supported list includes Tesla Model 3, Model Y, Model S, Model X, Cybertruck, original Roadster and applicable legacy models, plus Rivian R1T, R1S, R2, and commercial EDVs.

Manufacturer service remains the sensible path for eligible warranty work and recalls. An independent specialist becomes useful when the vehicle is out of warranty, the owner needs a second opinion, a difficult fault requires more context, or the requested upgrade is outside a manufacturer service menu.

Why the estimate starts with diagnosis

A dashboard warning or customer symptom does not identify its own root cause. Charging behavior, high-voltage isolation, thermal systems, low-voltage controls, drive units, mechanical wear, prior work, and environmental conditions can overlap. Diagnostic time is billed so a recommendation can be based on testing rather than a parts guess.

After the approved diagnostic step, the service team explains what was found, which options are available, and what should return to Tesla or Rivian instead. Major work begins only after customer authorization.

Five service paths, not six

The current public catalog contains five categories. EV conversion work is part of the company's project history, not a current service category. High-voltage work includes battery diagnostics and replacement, drive-unit diagnosis and repair, charging systems, contactors, DC-DC systems, and thermal management. It does not advertise module-level pack repair.

INTAKE RULE / 01

Appointments are required. Diagnostic time is billed because the recommendation is based on testing rather than a guess. The shop explains the approved diagnostic step and obtains authorization before major repair work begins.
