How information
is handled.

A plain-language description of website analytics, connected service tools, location applications, notifications, and third-party providers.

Effective date: July 11, 2026. This operational draft requires legal review before production promotion.

Information you choose to provide

The website routes customer service requests to location-specific Shopmonkey forms. Shopmonkey receives the information entered there under its own terms and privacy practices. The Electrified Garage uses the submitted vehicle and contact information to review the request, communicate about service, schedule work, and maintain the related service record.

The open-a-location form collects applicant and business contact information, proposed market, business history, annual-revenue band, bays, technicians, relevant experience, facility status, investment-capital band, launch timeline, operating background, reason for applying, consent, and a spam-prevention honeypot.

Website analytics

The production site may use Google Analytics 4 when a valid measurement identifier is configured. GA4 can collect device, browser, approximate location, referral, page-view, and interaction information according to Google's configuration and policies. The site does not reinstall the retired Universal Analytics product.

Application storage and notifications

Location applications are stored in Convex for authorized administrative review. The configured Resend account sends a notification to the designated team address. These providers process information needed to host the record or deliver the notification.

Other connected providers

External links may lead to Shopmonkey, AutoUpskilled, Google Maps, YouTube, social networks, Sunbit, Affirm, or other services. Their policies govern activity on their sites. The Electrified Garage does not control a provider's independent collection or retention.

Retention and access

Information should be retained only as long as reasonably needed for service, application review, recordkeeping, dispute handling, security, and legal obligations. Authorized staff access records according to their role. No website can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may choose not to submit a website form and can call the appropriate shop instead. Browser settings and supported privacy controls can limit cookies or analytics. Disabling certain technology may affect how a connected provider works.

Children and sensitive information

The website is intended for vehicle owners, service professionals, business operators, and general audiences, not for collecting information from children. Do not submit government identifiers, payment-card numbers, medical information, or other sensitive data unless an authorized provider specifically requests it through an appropriate secure workflow.

Contact info@electrifiedgarage.com with a privacy question and enough context to identify the relevant interaction. Legal, accounting, record-retention, and provider requirements may affect what can be changed or removed.
