Tesla and Rivian service in Orlando

The Orlando shop serves Central Florida and accepts Tesla and Rivian owners traveling from across the Southeastern United States. It is one shop in Orlando, not a claim of storefront coverage throughout the region.

The shop supports maintenance, high-voltage and drive-unit diagnosis, charging-system work, performance and customization, inspections, and applicable commercial service. The correct path depends on warranty status, the vehicle, the concern, available parts and information, and the approved diagnostic scope.

Getting to the shop

We're on East Colonial Drive (State Road 50), roughly 15–20 minutes east of downtown Orlando and about 25 minutes from Orlando International Airport (MCO) in normal traffic.

From I-4, take Exit 82 toward Colonial Drive (SR 50) east. From the 408 Expressway, exit toward Colonial Drive and head east. We're on the north side of Colonial between Dean Road and Goldenrod Road — use Google Maps for live traffic.

Customer parking is available on-site. Pull into the lot at 6605 East Colonial Drive — look for The Electrified Garage signage. If the lot is full during a busy morning, street parking is available along adjacent side streets; call us if you need help finding a spot.

A What to expect

  • A working shop, not a showroom — lifts, tools, and technicians in motion
  • Intake with a service advisor who knows Tesla and Rivian systems
  • Diagnostics before major quotes — you'll understand the problem first
  • Same factory-trained standard as our Amesbury location

B What to bring

  • Phone key or key fob
  • Photos of dash warnings or error messages
  • Prior service records if you have them
  • Prior structural or body-repair records for salvage or rebuilt vehicles

M Supported vehicle scope

Tesla and Rivian,
model by model.

Tesla

Model 3, Model Y, Model S, Model X, Cybertruck, original Roadster, and applicable legacy models.

Rivian

R1T, R1S, R2, and commercial EDVs within the shop's supported service scope.

A diagnose-first appointment

Submit the service request with warning text, symptoms, relevant timestamps, charging context, and prior repair or collision information. A request is not a free quote or confirmed appointment. The service team reviews the information, confirms the available next step, and explains the approved diagnostic charge.

After testing, the shop explains the findings in plain language and presents the available repair, replacement, monitoring, or manufacturer-service options. Major work begins only after authorization.

INTAKE RULE / 01

Appointments are required. Diagnostic time is billed because the recommendation is based on testing rather than a guess. The shop explains the approved diagnostic step and obtains authorization before major repair work begins.

Q Orlando service questions

01DIRECT ANSWER

Do I need an appointment at the Orlando shop?

Yes. Appointments are required. Submit the location-specific service request so the service team can review the vehicle, concern, and requested timing before confirming the next step.

02DIRECT ANSWER

Does the Orlando shop charge for diagnostics?

Yes. Diagnostic time is billed because fault review, testing, inspection, and documentation require technician time before a responsible repair estimate can be prepared.

03DIRECT ANSWER

Does the Orlando shop work on both Tesla and Rivian?

Yes. The approved scope includes Tesla Model 3, Y, S, X, Cybertruck, original Roadster and applicable legacy models, plus Rivian R1T, R1S, R2, and EDVs.

04DIRECT ANSWER

Can I bring a salvage or rebuilt vehicle?

Applicable systems inspection may be possible only after structural and body repairs are complete. Bring prior repair records when available; the shop does not replace the structural body-repair process.
