Independent service for Central Florida

The Orlando shop supports owners in Orlando, Winter Park, Oviedo, Altamonte Springs, Casselberry, Apopka, Kissimmee, Lake Nona, College Park, Baldwin Park, and surrounding Central Florida communities. Customers also travel from elsewhere in the Southeast for independent expertise. That does not mean Electrified Garage operates a shop in every city or state; service is performed at the Orlando location.

The address is on East Colonial Drive, east of downtown Orlando. Customers should use current map directions for traffic and call the shop if they need arrival or parking guidance.

Common reasons owners request service

Routine concerns include tires, alignment, suspension, brakes, coolant, air conditioning, low-voltage warnings, and scheduled maintenance. More complex requests can involve charging behavior, high-voltage warnings, drive-unit noise, thermal-management issues, or a second opinion on a major replacement estimate.

Performance and utility work can include suspension, brakes, wheels, tires, hitches, accessories, and supported custom fabrication. Pre-purchase inspections help buyers understand visible condition, fault data, battery-health context, prior repair evidence, and issues that deserve additional review.

How Orlando handles diagnostics

The team diagnoses before recommending a major repair. That may include a scan, physical inspection, road test, lift inspection, electrical measurement, isolation testing, charging observation, or review of thermal and control data, depending on the concern and approved scope.

Diagnostic time is billed. After testing, the service team explains the evidence and the available path. Battery replacement, drive-unit repair, charging-system work, contactors, DC-DC systems, and thermal management are within the stated service scope where parts, information, tooling, and safety requirements allow. Electrified Garage does not advertise module-level pack repair.

Before driving to the shop

Complete the Orlando service request with the vehicle model, symptoms, warnings, and relevant history. Bring the phone key or key fob, prior service records, and images of warning messages. If the vehicle has a salvage or rebuilt history, structural and body repairs must be complete before applicable systems inspection or high-voltage work.

Manufacturer warranty and recall work may be better handled by Tesla or Rivian. The service team will say so when that is the sensible route.
